Univillage Preschool and Infant Center is a licensed, non-profit organization that has been providing quality programs and services to our community since 1976. Located in south Winnipeg, our center offers full-time care for children ages 3 months - 6 years. We focus on learning through play by implementing emergent curriculum. We promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive, language, and creative skills by offering developmentally appropriate play-based learning experiences.

Our curriculum is supported by major child development theorists, such as Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, Albert Bandura, Arnold Gesell, Abraham Maslow, Erik Erikson, Loris Malaguzzi (Reggio Emilia approach), and many other modern theorists.

We work in partnership with our families to identify children’s goals and meet their individual needs.
